  • SHIPPING POLICY

*WE ASK THAT YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOUR ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

  • PROCESSING,SHIPPING, and HANDLING

*Processing time is 1-2 days. (Processing occurs Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.

*Shipping/Delivery Time: Standard 7-10 business days.

* All packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding USA Holidays. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the hair has been shipped.

  • RETURNS

* To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no exchanges or returns on any of our hair orders. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you may have a concern regarding our product and we will handle on a case by case basis only within 7 days of purchase date.
